Anybody want to go full Gilmore Girls and live out their Dragonfly Inn fantasy?
You could, if you have $6,500,000 to spare: The Swann House Bed & Breakfast is for sale in Dupont Circle. It was built in 1883 and is one of the neighborhood’s oldest freestanding homes. It’s listed by Randolph Adams of EXP Realty, LLC.
Of course, you don’t have to use it as a B&B, but with 15 bedrooms and 12-and-a-half baths, you might want to. The 8,000-square-foot Victorian property also has 10 fireplaces, four decks, a pool, and preserved historic finishes.
The building was last sold in 2014 in a bankruptcy auction.
